THIS QUOTATION IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your scheduled pick-up or delivery. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a 25% refund. After this period, orders are final and non-refundable due to inventory commitments and reserved delivery slots. 
2. Payment Method: Surprise Arrangements- full payment must be made when booking with at least 3 days in notice Using Link sent to your email/text (3.5% fee), website portal or Zelle(no fees)
3. Set up will be made at the event location. Clients will need to make necessary arrangements to provide access to the facility.
4. For delivery/installations, the client must indicate in the inquiry form the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization. If the client provides a wrong address, the client will incur an additional delivery charge.
   • Deliveries are made between 9:00am-12:00p(morning) or 1:00 pm- 5:00pm(evening). We do not have an estimated delivery time.The Client must choose from the Morning or Evening timeframes.
   • Deliveries from 6:00am – 8:00am or 6:00pm – 8:00 pm will have an extra 30% fee added to the total.
   • Deliveries from 8:00 pm- 12:00pm will have an extra 50% fee added to the total. 
5. Helium Gas is not flammable, therefore you should take into consideration that once helium balloons are placed infront of the A/C , the balloons will automatically deflate because of its natural process. Please avoid to place helium balloon infront or below the A/C.
6. When the balloons are exposed directly to the sun for a long period of time, the latex material will expand and could pop.
7. Latex balloons with helium gas should last from 24-48 hours, and foil balloons with helium gas should last up to 15 days (depending on the climate conditions).
8.  Balloon arrangements are not recommended for outdoor use due to their delicate nature. Wind, rain and high temperatures can cause damage.
9. When balloons are pop or deflated, please throw them away immediately. Please keep them away from children and pets as it could be a choking hazard.
10. If the balloon decorations are moved from one place to another by anyone else but one of our team members, it will be under the client’s responsibility.
11. We will post the balloon decorations to our social media platforms for marketing purposes only. We compromise not to publish any pictures of our clients with our balloon work but we are going to publish only our work.
12.  If the client does not comply with the terms and conditions listed above , we are not held responsible or liable for any damages or losses.
13. If you choose to pick up the bouquet or decoration, please ensure you have a spacious, empty vehicle, such as an SUV, for safe transport. We are not responsible for handling or its condition upon arrival.
14. Microfoil balloons can conduct electricity, so do not release them near power lines, as it is legally prohibited.
15. Please let us know if the recipient has a latex allergy so we can ensure no latex materials are used in the decoration.
16. We reserve the right to cancel your installation or delivery if no one is present at the designated location within 20 minutes of our arrival, as we must adhere to our schedule for other installations.
